Program Enhancement

• Added the ability to update client statuses in bulk. For example, when a program ends, you can now set the status of all client participants to Completed.
  

Board Enhancements

• A new Board member type has been added to the lookup list: Staff – Nonvoting.
  

Enhancement for Portals

• The portal buttons on the bottom of the home page have been modified to use the display name, if available, for the buttons. If no name is entered, then they use the default name.
  

Wellness Check Enhancement

• The date filter has been enhanced to include "Today" and "Yesterday".

• The default is now set to "Today".
  

• Added the ability to filter the Non-Submitted Wellness Checks by Reason or without Reason.

• Added a link from the Supervisor Summary to the details.
  

Enhanced Incidents

• Added a button to the Incident Workflow templates tab "Copy Template to Plan" so users have the option to save a template as a workflow.
  

• Checkboxes which require a date and those which do not require a date have been added to both incident and program workflows.
  

New Medication Error Scoring (in Incidents)

• A new privilege has been added to “edit medication error score”. Once active, you will get an edit button to be able to set or edit the medication error score in an incident workflow. If it is not active, the screen will default to “View Only” mode.
  

IRC (Internal Review Committee) Enhancements

• Incidents to be reviewed can now be assigned to a reviewer.

Intake Enhancement

• When the check for duplicate names is now performed during the intake process, if any individuals who are already in the system are identified as a possible duplicate, their account type is now displayed to make it easier for the user to determine if they are the same account.

New Standard Report

• A new standard report has been created, capturing accounts whose status is either Inactive or Deceased.
  

Enhancements to Care Plans

• Care Plans (referring to the side panel on the Client Profile) can now accept file extensions other than PDF and can allow files up to 10MB in size.
• If a file is missing, the link to the file is disabled and a tooltip, which appears when you hover your mouse over the view button, will indicate “missing”.
• The new plan screen has been modified to explain you can generate a plan from within imPowr or upload a plan from another source.
• The grid link is now an icon (and eye) instead of the word “View”.
• Plans can now be added via a ‘+’ icon.

Applicant Enhancements

• Users now have the ability to approve and convert an applicant into an account.
• As part of the conversion, users can select programs which may apply to the new account.
  

Inquiry Portal Enhanced

• The Inquiry Portal now has some new options, including the ability to hide the submitter, hide the request and amount, hide the account type and default to a specified type, hide the employment information, etc. There are also some new email options.

Registration Portal Enhancement

• Many times, an agency deals with many organizations. A new feature has been added to restrict the courses appearing in the Registration Portal to only those from selected organizations.
