Enhanced Incidents
When selecting a new incident, users now get a searchable tree view instead of a dropdown list.
The ability to set notification date and time (default to current date and time) and then show on grid is now being provided.
The Body Map has been renamed to Physical Injuries.
Users have the ability to display and/or edit a short comment once a body part is identified.
A View Only mode has been added – it is called from the Incident "eye" icon and allows you to see the injured body parts.
If multiple victims are identified in the Incident, the identification of victims with injuries will direct the user to open the list of people to identify which of the victims was injured.
A new search feature has been added to search for Inquiries with or without injuries.
New Learning Management Features
When creating or editing the Course Tracks, courses are now arranged in a tree view to make it easier to locate those desired.
Individual Learning Goals have been established.
Courses, tracks, certifications/credentials, time periods for which due, statuses, categories, approvals (approver and date), comments, notes, and history are all being tracked.
Clicking on their IDs links to their details.
Individual Learning Goals can be copied.
A Goal can be added from a new Goals Library, be appended to an existing goal,
or can overwrite and existing goal.
New filtering and columns have been added to the goal grid.
The ability for a Supervisor to view a screen of all their staff members and their respective goals and statuses has now been added.
Similarly, the report can also be filtered on Staff Teams.
Credentials have been enhanced and include notes, files, its own list and edit
screen, and its own entity privileges. They are now also captured in the audit trail.
Credentials can now be selected via a Tree View.
Created by and created on information for both library and staff goals is now captured.
A Group assignment to enroll in a course, assign a credential, add to a course waiting list, create a learning goal for a course, create a learning goal for a track, create a learning goal for a credential or create a general learning goal, with the ability to add and or remove accounts has been implemented.
The ability to do bulk registrations is now possible.
- Enroll in courses.
- Join course waiting lists.
- Link to credentials. o Add new track goals.
- Add new credential goals. o Add new course goals. o Add new learning goals (directly entered or from the Goal Library).
The Individual Learning Goal completion date is now displayed in the list of goals.
A filterable course selection tree has been added.
- This filter appears when adding courses to Individual Learning Goals or Tracks.
- Users can filter by course Name, ID, or Year.
The applicable year of the course is now also displayed.
A section to capture the course Completion Requirements has been added to the course Details Screen.
The list of requirements is configurable from the Lookup Lists.
These requirements are displayed in the Registration Portal.
A filter to select by Staff Teams has been added to the Individual Learning Goals.
Group Assignment to Individual Learning Goals and Learning Goal Library now includes bulk assignment by Staff Team.
Group Assignment to Individual Learning Goals and Learning Goal Library now also includes assignment to multiple courses.
Enhanced Staff Groups & Teams
- Staff Team Types have now been created. This extends Staff Teams by making “types” into tabs on the Staff Groups & Teams page.
- The Team Types are configurable in the Lookup Lists.
Enhanced Place of Birth
- Place of birth is now user configurable in Reference Libraries.
Improved Client Consent Formatting
- Client consent now has auto-scrolling. So, if any section of the consent form becomes too large, it automatically gets a scroll bar instead of “bleeding” over into another section.
New Client Account Transportation Information
- A subpanel which captures client transportation information has been added to the Client Profile. This allows an agency to know whether or not they need to make transportation arrangements for their clients.
- Access and the display of the subpanel are controlled in configuration.
Enhanced Data Cleanup Methods
- On the current data quality checks, the similar firstname/lastname check was for clients only since it looked at DOB. The new checks are for any accounts and do NOT look at DOB.
New Wellness Tracker and Visitor Tracker Feature
A hyperlink can now be added to the questions in both the Wellness Tracker and Visitor Tracker. This hyperlink can be used so users of the site can link to a website, such as the NY COVID-19 Travel Restrictions site, to get the current list of restricted states.
The website link is entered in the Portal configuration. The use of “http://” for the link is optional.
The name of the link is user configurable.
Users now have the ability to exit the Wellness Check without submitting their attestation.
Setup for this is in the Portal Configuration.
A new Wellness Review for Visitors has been added.
The Visitor Review as well as other Review Types are user configurable in the Lookup Lists.
