New Account Banking Functionality

Overview

This is a new module with new functionality related to client/resident
banking. Maintain one or more ledgers per client that may be bank accounts, petty cash, gift cards or other financial instruments. Multiple new pages and links are included.

Client Details: Referral Reference

The referral “side-panel” now shows the name of the program as well as the agency where referrals were made. When an internal referral, you will see the word “Internal”.

New Dataset Sharing Feature

You can now share datasets with other agencies – using the data set export and import features. Your project manager can help you.

You can now test your datasets to make sure they are syntactically correct. Select one or more and test the selected sets or click “Test All”. A “thumbs up” icon will appear for those tested successfully.

There are several new account security settings – including a new section called “Entity Details”. Your project manager will be able to explain how these new security rights are used.

There were two big changes on the configuration page to help make lookup list and option setting more convenient. Both are now organized into descriptive sections.

Extended Account Configurability

You can now set any account Panel for any type of account. This includes new account panel types for banking and the new quarantine tracking tools. Try this feature on the Configuration Page.

Extensions to Quarantine Tracking

New Medical Status fields have been added for tracking quarantines.

Effective Date for Notes

Notes provide the ability for users to enter “effective dates” for notes.

You can now track verifying agency and continuing education units for courses. Watch this space for even more enhancements soon.

New Board Management Module

Overview

Create one or more Boards for your agency and assign Board members, documents, and notes. Set up committees and assign people to those. Then schedule Board ad committee meetings, take notes, and track attendance. Multiple screens are involved. You can get started on the Help menu.

New Board Portal

The Board portal has been activated. Board members can log in, see notes, see meeting information, access documents, and lots more.

Task Completion – “Completed On” Date

The “completed on” date for tasks can now be set to any valid date rather than just “today”. Depending on the screen you may get a popup or some other method of date entry.

Application to Grant

You can now copy a grant application and convert it into a contract with a single click.

Grant Opportunities

New tracker for tracking grant opportunities. Various statuses and scores can be used to indicate probability and start building a grant pipeline. When ready, an opportunity can be converted to an application and then eventually into a contract. Find grant opportunities on the main menu.

Concern Tracker

You can now create and track ‘concerns’ and triage them for follow-up. The concern section is callable from the Engagement menu - Compliance section. Contact your project manager for assistance.

Service library: New Merge feature

User can now merge services and associated logged work tasks. Select any two and choose the desired fields to keep.

The service library now displays usage counts to make it easier to make merge decisions.

Quick Referral Shortcut from Dashboard Workflows

New optional “Dash Button”. You can turn it on from the security role setup screen.

New Organization Chart on “My Organization”

To see the new Organization chart, do the following. For best results, set up Divisions first. Check with your project manager for assistance.

  • Go to the menu and select “My Organization”
  • There is a new entry on the top of the My Organization Side Panel for an Organization Chart
  • You can show programs or not (checkbox) and perform other tasks (see instructions on page)

When updating divisions, you now get a full screen with tree view based preference selections.
