**Programs **

  • Fixed issue with selecting program staff when editing a program
  • Minor page layout changes to the edit program page

**Survey Related **

  • Upgraded the page instructions to use an HTML editor so that the user can have more control over the spacing, colors, font sizes, and layout of the instructions that are displayed.

The fully functional editor is shown below. Use the buttons to set colors,
insert graphics, and links, etc.

  • Fixed issue so that now instructions appear on the printout. An example printout showing page instructions at top is shown below.

rn14

  • Fixed issue where radio button label did not display properly on the printout
  • Made the "Thank you" message configurable by Survey. If no form specific message is found, the default message is used. The default message is set up on the configuration page under “Text Blocks” and the block name is “Survey Thank you”.
  • Made the "Redirect" message configurable by Survey. If no form specific message is found, the default message is used. The default message is set up on the configuration page under “Text Blocks” and the block name is “Survey Redirect”.

The links to edit the configurable messages can be found on the survey
settings page as shown below.

rn15

The message edit screen will allow users to set colors, font sizes, layouts,
and even include graphics and hyperlinks.

  • Updated form copy function to copy newly added options and fields
  • Provided some control over the spacing of checkboxes on horizontal checkbox lists. By setting the width to different sizes you can stretch the checkboxes to be further apart. There are various limitations based on whether text is displayed or not and it appears that 400px is the minimum for 5 checkboxes – so you will need to experiment. But at least there is now something to work with.

Sample ‘stretch’ for checkbox lists (with no text) and 5 choices, with various
pixel widths.

  • Figured out how to make survey printouts scale properly when using CHROME. When generating printouts from Chrome, the layout of the survey was getting distorted. This is because the browser print process is trying to squeeze an image with one resolution and aspect ratio onto a piece of paper that has a different shape and resolution (that varies with your printer)

After experimenting with various options, we discovered that by adjusting the
“scale” on the Chrome print dialog you can make the printout match what is
displayed on screen, it just takes some experimentation.

For the Trauma Informed Care survey example using our printer, we found that
we can get a pretty nice printout with these settings: Orientation: Landscape
and Scale: 85%

rn17

Your settings may be different. The key point is to understand that by
tweaking the printer settings and viewing the preview, the page can be
adjusted to print without distortion. Details will vary depending on the
browser and the printer, but the approach will be the same.

  • Updated the branching/confirmation tool to allow a valid range of values rather than a single valid value. This is now entered as shown below. A value outside of the entered range will trigger a redirect to the external page.

rn18

**Contract Related **

  • Added address for the administrative contact
  • Added a new Billing contact with full name and address

rn19

  • Cosmetic adjustments for alignment, etc.
  • Updated the contract copy function to also copy the new administrative contact address fields and the new billing contact.
