Survey Related

  • Fixed issue causing multiselect checkboxes to not “remember” their checked state properly

**Account Related **

  • Refactored where the ‘Access Control’ options appear on the account profile view and edit screens. We moved them to the banner area next to consent.
  • Cosmetic changes were made (fonts, colors, icons) to how the client consent and access control banner looks as shown below.

rn20

  • Changed the way access control is selected. Click on the access control hyperlink to display a popup where you can choose the access type.

rn21

  • Added a new hide protected contact information (address/email/phone) feature aimed at addressing scenarios where the client is a victim of domestic abuse or violence against women and the address and phone number must be protected from inadvertent disclosure.

When access control is popped up, you can hide the display of address/phone by
clicking he ‘hide’ checkbox. This will cause a condition as follows:

  • Access to the edit screen continue to be controlled via the access setting as before and the editing of address phone and email will proceed as normal.
  • When in ‘hidden mode’ the address/phone/email will not show up on any list (e.g., the client list) and will not be accessible when doing geographic searches.
  • A small icon indicating the information is hidden will appear on the account view and edit screens as shown below.

rn22

When hidden, the person’s contact info will not show up on any lists. For
example, if you were to search for “Lisa” on the client list, her address will
no longer appear when the hide protected information checkbox is selected.

rn23

Special considerations:

  • The map link on the client list and a few other screens is still functional and will display a map when clicked, however, since there is no address for the protected clients, it will only display the user’s current location and not the location of the client.
  • Depending on the point at which the ‘hide mode’ was selected, the audit trail may still contain address and phone information. Therefore, it is important that users understand to not share any audit trail information with unauthorized users.
  • When a client has protected information, they will not be accessible to email lists or the Call Center since neither the phone number or email address is accessible except on the client record (which depending on the setup, may in itself only be accessible to administrators with the appropriate privileges or case managers).
