How do I view which clients are still waiting for their prescreen questions to be completed

This article will describe the process for viewing which clients have still not completed their prescreen questions.

Clients can be created without required Intake Process prescreen questions, if
the Prescreen Questions Waiver had been selected during the Client Intake
process.

There are 2 ways to view if the prescreen questions have not yet been
completed:

1.) View the Client Profile

  • Access a Client by clicking on Clients in the People section of Engagement

  • After selecting a Client by clicking on their ID, and viewing their profile, look to see if a Prescreen Questions indicator exists.

If the Prescreen Waived indicator exists, it indicates the Prescreen
Questions have been Waived; if it does not exist, it indicates the questions
have already been completed.

  • Click on Prescreen Waived to proceed with the questions.

  • Click Submit Prescreen when done. The Prescreen Waived indicator will no longer display.

2.) Execute the Waiver Report

  • Click on the Standard Reports in the Data section of the Performance menu.

  • Select the New Clients Awaiting Prescreening (Tabular) report in the Client Enrollment section of the Clients Category.
  • Select a Date or date range and click the Refresh icon.
  • The report will display showing the Date of Intake, the Client, who Waived the prescreen questions and the Days pending since the Intake questions were waived.
