How do I see if clients are active in Account-Programs

A new date filter has been added to the program engagements page that finds people who were active in the program in a certain date range. This checks to see if the date range defined by their start and end dates has any overlap with the date range which is filtered on. If the person has a start date but no end date, they are considered still active in the program, so that's people like that can be viewed in this list.
