How do I create or modify Provider Assigned Goals

  • Access Provider Assigned Goals in the Care & Staff Action Plans section of the Configuration Reference Library.
  • Click "New Provider Goal" to create a new goal.
  • Select and existing goal and click "Delete" to remove an existing goal.

  • Click on the ID of the goal in order to modify it.
