When a staff member is set to inactive, a wizard appears through which the staff member can be removed from assigned tasks and program sand similar settings. It is a huge convenience to assure that all referential links to that staff member are removed.
The wizard can be used to do various things like:
- remove them from account roles
- remove them from being an owner of documents
- remove them from being an authorized driver
- remove their staff credentials
- reassign their direct reports to others
- remove them from equipment ownership
- remove them as the owner of care plans and allow them to be reassigned to others
- remove them as the owner of client documents
- remove them from tasks and allow the tasks to be reassigned to others
- remove them from transport requests
- many others
The settings of which things you want the wizard to be able to do are configurable by the organization.
These options can be put on the Account Status Wizard (Configuration > Reference Libraries > Account Status Wizard Setup).


Once configured, these function as described above.
