All users have the ability to customize their MyDashboard page without impacting others in their instance.
In addition to the predefined panels (the selection is made by the system admininstrator for each instance based on the account role needs), all users can add one (1) custom dataset to their screen.
Two (2) things must occur before the dataset can be added to the MyDashboard page:
- The dataset report must be made viewable in the account role of the individual who wishes to add that dataset to their MyDashboard.
- The Custom Dataset must be made available in the in Dashboard Privileges of the account role of the individual who wishes to add that dataset to their MyDashboard.
Once these are on place, the following steps need to be taken to add the dataset to the individual's MyDashboard page:
1. Click Edit Mode on MyDashboard
2. Click My Settings
3. Make sure the checkbox is selected for Custom Dataset in the panel: Dashboard Panels to Show
4. Make sure the individual's desired Dataset is selected in the Dashboard Dataset panel
5. Select the width “Long” for a wider displayed dataset
6. Click Save
The dataset should now display on your MyDashboard page:
