How do I access external Facility Inspections

Sometimes the Facilities Team needs to have access to view External Inspections for their locations. This article will explain how to access these documents.

1. Navigate to the Facilities menu under Physical Resources.

2. On the Facilities screen scroll down to open the location or use the filters and the refresh button to locate the desired location.

3. Click on the location’s ID number to open the site.

4. Click on the Files tab.

5. The External Inspection documentss will be listed. You can resort your screen by clicking on the column headers of File Name or Uploaded. To open the document and view or download, click the file name of the document you need to access. (Depending on your browser, the file will either open and display on the screen, or you will have to download the file to display it.)
