How can I view a client's full Social Security Number (SSN)

To view a client's full SSN, there is a setting in the Account Role General Access Functional Right - "View Full SSN". After it is selected, when someone with that role views an account which has a SSN, the SSN will display as the last 4 digits. But, when they go into the Account Edit mode (if that security privilege is granted to them), they will see the entire SSN. If they do not have that functional right setting on their account role, they will continue to see the last 4 digits of the SSN whether they are in Edit mode or View mode.
