How can I only grant access to the Staff Portal for wellness checks and not grant access to the rest of IMPOWR

Some individuals who have access to IMPOWR need to use and have access to the wellness checks in the Staff Portal.

That is not a problem and could be accomplished with multiple account roles. For those who should only have access to the portal - an account role can provide them with that access. But, for the staff members who need access to IMPOWR and the Staff Portal, they will need need to make sure the security rights granted by their account role includes the following:

Functional Rights:

• General Access
• Application Login (allows them to log into IMPOWR - everyone who accesses IMPOWR needs this to login - if they have access to IMPOWR, they will already have this)
• Menu - Dashboards
  • Page - My Dashboard (gives them access to a page so they don’t get a message saying their security rights do not give them access - this is also where your welcome message panel exists - users will need some kind of starting or landing page when they access IMPOWR). NOTE: it can be the MyDashboard page, or any other page of your choosing.
  • Page - Staff Wellness Checks (gives them access to the Staff Wellness Check so they will be able to enter a wellness check from inside of imPowr. This can be set up in conjunction with any other settings, but is needed to perform health assessments from within imPowr.)

Dashboard Rights:

• Welcome - Welcome Message (this is a customizable welcome message, which applies to the entire agency - this is an optional panel which appears on the My Dashboard page, which you can choose to provide or not )

Portal Rights:

• Portal - Staff
  • Staff Portal Login (this gives them access to the Staff Portal for your wellness check, in case they only wish to enter this wellness check and not go into IMPOWR - if the iIMPOWR user wants to also be able to enter a wellness check via the portal, they will also need this. This portal right can be set up in conjunction with any other settings.)
