Staff Action Plan Bed Schedules are set up when clicking 'Configure Bed Check Time Slots' on the Program Operations tab when in the Edit mode in a Program.
Users can easily copy the Bed Check Schedule from or to other programs, to save them time and to create some consistency between programs.
- Open a program in Edit mode.
- Navigate to the Program Operations tab
- Click on 'Configure Bed Check Time Slots'
- Select either 'Copy from Another Program' or 'Copy to Other Programs'
When you choose the copy from or to program choice and select the program, it will copy the time slots set up on the program to the programs you chose. If a destination program already has time slots, it will just copy the program's slots on top of them, and will not delete the time slots on the destination program that don't overlap with the program. It will also not create duplicate Bed Check Time Slots of the same time.

- Choose the program you wish to copy your Bed Check Schedule from, by selecting the program in the program chooser window that opens.
The Bed Check Schedule immediately copies over. There is no message informing you of this.
