How can I designate if clients in a program require a Life Plan

We can designate if people in a program require a Life Plan or not in the Program Settings.

  • Access Programs from the Resources Menu.

  • While in the Edit Mode, access the program's Advance Configuration by clicking on the gear:

  • Select the Behavior Options in the Program Settings Category

  • In the Client Management Settings, check the box for "Requires Life Plan".

This setting will be used by the Life Plan Summary page (Engagements Menu) so a report can be run to identify any person who needs a life plan and has or does not have one or those who have plans but they are not active.
