When all Required approvers approve a Staff Action Plan, the Approved button becomes enabled, signifying the SAP has been approved and is locked. At that point, the Staff Action Plan can show up in the Staff Action - Work Queue.
A plan will appear on the work queue when all of the following criteria are met:
- The plan is for the program being viewed
- The SAP is active
- The SAP is approved
- The date being viewed is within the start and end date of the plan (or the plan has no end date)
- The person is actively enrolled in the program being displayed
