Why might more than one Staff Action Plan show in the work queue

The only reason more than one plan would appear for a person is if:

  1. There is more than one SAP for the person that is active, approved, and effective for the date being displayed
  2. The person is set as actively enrolled in the program more than once

Both of those cases are user data entry errors.

Even if the staff member forgets to deactivate a plan – it will automatically stop showing on the work queue when the end date passes. So having two active plans over a weekend, for example, would be fine as long as the dates are set correctly.
