The only reason more than one plan would appear for a person is if:
- There is more than one SAP for the person that is active, approved, and effective for the date being displayed
- The person is set as actively enrolled in the program more than once
Both of those cases are user data entry errors.
Even if the staff member forgets to deactivate a plan – it will automatically stop showing on the work queue when the end date passes. So having two active plans over a weekend, for example, would be fine as long as the dates are set correctly.
