Why do I get an error when trying to import account roles

On occasion, when you try to import a file containing account role settings, you might get an error that looks something similar to the following:

When that happens, there is a simple fix that you can do on your own...

When the account role settings were exported, it saved those settings in a .xls file. The problem is that the file is only temporarily saved and saved with the name of 'DataExport(1).xls or something similar. You need to take that downloaded file, open it, and then resave it again with a real name. Then it will become an actual saved file, which should be able to be imported.
