In order to edit the Staff Medication Error page, a staff member must be selected. (The Edit button will not display without a staff member being selected.)
The selection of the staff member is done in the Medication Error Details screen.
Once selected in the Medication Error Details screen, the staff member will copy over into the Medication Error Scoring page, and the Edit button will then display.
