What is the Expiration Filter for on the Time Studies screen

The expiration filter applies to the Time Studies. It’s hard coded right now to consider a Time Study as “expired” 6 months after its test date, since that’s when various agencies said they consider expired and when they perform a new test. That threshold may become configurable or change in the future.
