Question:
What do the numbers mean below the various group sizes, in the Billing Opportunities page?
Answer:
The number displayed in the columns reflects the number of supports of that group size. i.e. 6 supports were performed on that day – all of which were group size 2.
If you look at the data log for Community Hab South on the 30th you see this is the data that was what was logged. There is only one action completed, i.e. one POMS Goal “Action”, for which in that case included 6 prompts (“supports”). If you click on the “audit” icon, you can see the 6.
The Action was identified as being of Group size 2.
So, we have 6 supports logged of group size 2 and the Staff Action - Billing Opportunity screen reflects that.
Group size is tracked at the action level not at the individual prompt level (that has always been the case since we first started tracking group size). It’s the same with start and end time and who did the work. We do not track those for every prompt. We track those for the “action” and the action could have one or more prompts within.
