What are some Pro Tips to use

• Tool Tips: Hover over buttons to get more info on many pages

• If unable to find an entity on the page, review all filters and “all” selection

• Use search box in menu bar to find pages, as your instance may have edited menu items

  • Setup/configuration items are usually stationary

• IMPOWR is browser-based. If pages are hard to see, zoom in/out to help with clarity.

  • Zoom in: Press the plus key while holding down the "Control" key (CTRL + Plus).

  • Zoom out: Press the minus key while holding down the "Control" key (CTRL + Minus).
