Some basic guidelines...
For programs where we roll up activity by day, you would use ‘daily’. The charge may be a half day or full day (base on support minutes that day) or may be the number of Units of service that were provided that day … but it’s still a daily charge because it's one bill for a day of service.
For programs where you roll up by month you use ‘monthly’. The charge may be determined from the number of days that month during which the person received a service, total support minutes that month, etc.
When we see billing rules set up for support minutes per day, with supports starting prior to 3pm, etc. - those seem to indicate you send one bill for a day those supports – which would then fall under ‘daily’.
