Account Profile Enhancement - Multiple Changes
- Users can now export and then print a single page (or two) profile of a person.
- In the Configuration Text Blocks, a new application text block "account profile" was created for this. Users can create any form they want in the profile using reserved words.
- When ready to view, users click on the Profile Icon on the top of the Account profile, by the Chat button.
- If desired, the profile can be browser printed.
Example of ficticious client:
- Expiration Dates as well as the Proof of Status can now be set for Citizenship Documents during the verification process.
Enhancement to Applicant / Referral Page - Multiple Changes
- Administrators can now set a default Application page in the portal configuration's application details.
- When choosing 'general inquiry' on the login page, the selected (default) form will display. If no default form has been selected, users will automatically get the generic basic form, consisting of the applicant's name, contact information, and interests.
- In preparation for a future enhancment, Applicant Forms can now be created with Job Postings/Positions.
- These Postings/Positions can contain attributes such as wages, shifts, locations, etc., credential requirements, as well as benefit information.
- Staff Applicant tracking for these positions can also be done via the Applicants portal/Applicants Page.
Case Audits Enhancement - New Comparison To Another Audit Feature
- Users can now compare the results of one Case Audit to another by Selecting the audit to compare to and viewing the results side by side.
Enhancement to HTML Text Blocks and Email Templates - User Controllable Logo Sizing Added
- When utilizing logos in Email Templates or HTML Blocks, it always displayed with a default size - users were unable to expand or make that logo smaller. Users now have control over the sizing of organizational logos.
- A new reserved word was added to both the HTML Text Block and to Email Templates which allows users to set the height of an organizational logo. (The width of that logo will autosize.)
- The new reserved word is displayed as "Logo:#", where '#' is the height in pixels. By setting the pixel height, the width will autosize.
Incident Workflow Enhancement - Checklists Can Now be Copied
- Users can now copy a checklist from another incident workflow when creating or editing incident responseworkflows.
- A new copy button was added along with select all and select none buttons.
Enhancement to Page Monitoring - Easier to Track Login Failures
- A new enhancement to Page Monitoring allows administrators to track failed login attempts. This will help administrators when trying to determine if unauthorized individuals are tying to gain access to the system, as well as provide them with the logins of those who repeatedly have login difficulty.
- Once a match is made between the captured login and one that is set up in the system, the person with that login can be identified. A link to their account is made available so the administrator can get their account details.

Treatment Plan Enhancement - Multiple Changes
- When Packages are created, they Auto-name with the Client's Name and the Date.
- Users have the ability to overwrite the name if desired.
- Users now have the ability to Save a partially completed form, exit the page, and return back to the form, prior to submittal. This even works when there are required fields in the form. Once they return back to the form, users can complete the missing fields, and submit the form.
- Once a form is saved (prior to submittal), users can copy the entries from another plan, save the entries for later, submit, or restore previously saved entries.
