Account Enhancements - Multiple Changes
- Sexual Orientation is now a user configurable lookup list.
- Housing Living Arrangement Types are now user configurable.
Enhancement to Account Intake Form - Multiple Changes
- A new Account Notes panel has been added to the Intake Form. A single note or multiple notes may be added.
- The Account Intake form now has an Extended Insurance section where multiple insurance products can be added.
- The optional Marketing Panel has been enhanced with the source of how the prospect came to know about the agency, i.e., the referral information (source, contact information, and date).
- If users select either Community Event, Marketing Campaign, Organization, or Person, the system provides a way for the user to select one of those entries from imPowr. If the user selects "Other", they can manually enter in the source name, contact, and date of contact.
- The panel must be selected to be displayed, in the intake form setup screen.
- When information is captured in the intake form, it updates the new optionally displayed Marketing panel in the Account Profile (click on View Details to see the details similar to that on the Intake Form).
- The Type of Insurance can now be designated (e.g., Primary, Secondary, Other). This new field is also available directly in the Account Profile.
- A new Guardian Information panel can now be optionally added to the Intake Form. This new panel is set up in the Intake Form configuration.
Applicant Portal Enhancement - Phase 1: Now Configurable
- The Applicant Portal has been enhanced to allows users to set up applicant portal "scenarios" much like what is done on intake forms. They can turn on or hide different panels depending on the purpose the portal is being used for. This involves:
- Setting up the panels and required fields under the portal configuration
- Accessing the portal via portal button on login page
- Access the portal via links
- Tieing in the portal application to the intake process
- Converting an applicant to an account, upon approval
Enhancement to Community Events - Enhanced Financial Summary
- Community Event finances have been enhanced to provide a quick view of tje event's bottom line - letting the agency know whether the event was successful or not.
Contract Enhancement - Newly Added Tabs
- Added a “Deliverables” tab and an “External Access” tab.
- The External Access tab, is just a place for users to store some additional “Notes”. This tab is separate from the general notes tab, so it is easy to find the information.
- The “Deliverables” tab includes a free text box titled “Deliverables”. It also contains a box “Tools Needed”, as well as one for "Reports Needed".
Enhancement to Dashboards - New System Administration Panel
- A new System Administration panel can now be added to System Administrator's dashboards. This new panel shows the number of logins, unique visitors, audits, failed logins and page rejections over the prior 48 hours. It also provides links to the Audit Trail and Page Monitoring. The panel is made available in the Account Role workflows and then set-up in the Dashboard Edit mode.
Donations List Enhancement - Notes Column Changed
- The Note column in the Donations List has been changed to an optional column. This column now displays Pledge Information. Once selected, users can easily see if donors have fulfilled their pledges.
Enhancements to Forms - Multiple Changes
- Once forms are submitted, they now fall into one of 3 categories, which are separated by separate tabs:
- General Surveys
- Incident Workflow Surveys
- Program Workflow Surveys
- New columns and filters have been added to the Submitted Surveys, so users can now filter to easily find those submitted by a particular person.
- A new Submitted By column and filter, Organization column and filter, and Organization Group filter have been added to General Survey types
- A new Submitted By column and filter, Incident ID filter, and Client filter have been added to Incident Workflow Survey types
- And a new Submitted By column and filter, Workflow ID filter, and Client filter have been added to Program Workflow Survey types
- The import button is turned off when Incident or Program Workflow Surveys are selected, because these kinds of survey results are specific to a workflow and not a general survey type.
- When creating new forms in the Form Library (in the Peformance menu), users can now use some new methods of input:
- A new Multi-Row Wide Textbox
- HTML Blocks - in these, users can add reserved words, and datasets
- A new Signature block
- These new input methods, which are found in a new Select Entry Method block, will be useful to create forms such as Treatment Plans, which is a can be thought of as just a variation of a survey. Treatment plans, for example, are a form where the person filling them out can make multiple selections (via a survey) in order to create a completed final document.
- Once a user submits a form, not only is the count of those submissions displayed in the Form Library List (under a new Usage column), but the form template is locked (this is also indicated in the Form Library List) and cannot be deleted, unless the appropriate security privileges have been granted.
- When someone tries to delete a form which has submitted entries, if they do not have the appropriate security rights to allow them to delete a form with submissions, they get the following message:

The Security Rights for this are found in the Account Role Functional Rights, under the Supervisory Rights:
- A new Client Goal 'widget' has been added to Forms. Adding Goals to the form will be much easier now, with this widget. Text box heights are configurable with the height setting, and dropdowns are configurable on the configuration page lists.
Enhancement to Helpline Caller Profiles - Now International
- Users can now capture Caller Profiles for callers who are international.
- When in the Edit Mode, users can select the appropriate country from a user configurable list. They can also capture Non-US cities and State/Provinces to the Caller Profile [both are free text], and any validation done to telephone area code is turned off if any country other than United States is selected.
Enhancement to Helpline Shift Assignments - Improved Group Assignment Tool
- Helpline Administrators now have an improved Group Action tool to help them better manage Helpline Shift Assignments. By clicking on the Group Actions button, in the Helpline Shift Assignments screen, the administrator can do one of the following:
- Accept Volunteer Availability for the selected volunteer on all shifts within the selected date range. (The volunteer's availability will not be changed.)
- Remove Volunteer Acceptance for a selected volunteer for all shifts within the selected date range. (The volunteer's availability will not be changed.)
- Add Volunteer Assignments by making the selected volunteer available and assigning then to all available slots for a selected shift and dates specified. With this, an additional tool has been added to set up shifts based on repeat patterns (for example, the 2nd and 3rd Tuesday of every month for the 4 months).
- Remove Volunteer Assignments by removing all availability and acceptances for the selected volunteer for the selected shift and dates specified, including specific dates according to a new repeat pattern (e.g., if the volunteer can work any day except the 2nd and 3rd Tuesday of every month for the next 4 months).
Incident Enhancement - Multiple Changes
- Users with the appropriate security rights can now change the incident type of an issued incident. Steps which were completed prior to the change will still display in the timeline, since they were already completed.
- If the system is configured to confirm the incident type, a window will popup displaying the new incident type.
- The Evidence Widget has been revised to now include instructions and a checklist.
- The Interview Widget has been revised to now include instructions and a checklist.
- The Supervisor Report Widget has been revised to now include instructions and a checklist.
- Users now have the ability to optionally enter instructions on the Narrative page.
- Users now have the ability to optionally enter instructions on the Body Diagram page.
Medical Documents Enhancement - New Privileges
- Users can no longer Delete or Edit medical document files unless they have the appropriate privileges. Also, once a document is approved, it becomes locked for editing. Only those with the appropriate privileges can delete attached files or unlock and edit that document.
New Medical Interventions page
- The new page allows users to track Diagnostic Tests, Exams, Assessments, Consultations, and other types of Interventions, along with the results and their expiration.
- The Categories and Types of Interventions are set up in the Configuration Reference Libraries.
- Users can set up a single intervention or a series.
Enhancement to Notification Policies - Multiple New Notifications
- There is now a "due milestone" Scheduled Notification which looks for project mileston due dates in a given window the way other range checkers do. The project owner or the milestone owner can be configured for notification.
- Similar to the above Notification, a Scheduled Notification for Expiring Medical Docs has also been created.
- Staff Groups/Teams can now received Scheduled and Activity notifications.
Enhancement to Programs - Multiple Changes
- The program workflow captures paypoints because many program types may need them - this tab has been moved over to the right from where it was.
- New Services tab added with various filters.
- Add and delete buttons are now security controlled.
New Feature - Regulatory Compliance
- A new Regulatory Compliance Page has been added to imPowr. This page includes a list of our HIPAA and privacy related policies. When a HIPAA question comes up, for example, users will be able to call up this “reference” screen” and can be very specific about what requirements imPowr meets or not.
- Regulatory Compliance is accessible via the System menu.
Treatment Plan Form Enhancements - Added Automatic Locking of the Plan
- When Submitted a Treatment Plan becomes locked and can no longer be edited. The locked plan is easily identifiable by the Red Locked icon:
- When a Green UnLocked icon displays, a Treatment Plan is unlocked and editable. This only occurs when the Treatment Plan is in one of the following statuses:
- Pending
- Cancelled
- Rejected
- Returned
