What's New?

Account Roles

  • A new privilege has been added to allow users to see hidden 'protected' Account profile data.
  • A new Privilege to view the master page's Roster Levels in it's footer has been added.

Course Registration

  • A new option to Approve the Request but not link it to the course has been added to Course Registrations.

Healthcare Events

  • The ability to add diagnoses which include ICD-10 codes has been added to the Primary and Discharge Diagnosis panels on the Edit Episode Screen.

Incident Portal

  • The ability to generate a general Incident directly from the Incident Portal has been added via a new 'New Incident' button.

Insurance Claims

  • A new Claim Amount field has been added to Insurance Claims. The amount displays in the Insurance Claim grid. The New Incident button only appears if one or more incident types are set to show on the portal.

Medication Errors

  • 2 new columns have been added to the Medication Errors page, providing totals of both the Incident and Cumulative points. Additionally, 2 new filters have been added so users can filter the Incident and Cumulative Totals for when their point score exceeds or equals specific counts.

Program Workflows

  • A new 'uncompletion action' setting can be configured to allow the form submission tied to that step to be deleted/cleared when un-completing a Form workflow step. The default is to keep the entered data upon un-completing the form step. A unique audit message gets logged against the account program indicating this deletion.
  • An option to require the selection of one or more programs has been added to the Program panel setup.

Reserved Words

  • A new Advanced Directives Reserved Word has been added. The reserved word displays the type, date, contact, relationship, and phone and was modeled after the word summary of communication preferences.

Service Inventory

  • A new column displaying the Initial Date for services has been added to the Service Inventory grid.

Transport Request

  • Check-in comments have been added to the Mileage by Department General Report.

What's Improved or Changed?

Accounts

  • Weekly Tracker Notes have been added to the Note summary.

Account Contacts

  • The Contact Type on the Client Contacts screen will now show an icon that displays the client's preferred method of contact and preferred time of day when hovered over.

Applicant Portal

  • The ability to Export the Applicant Portal Intake Scenarios has been added.
  • The ability to set text width for the Customer Fields has been added.

Dashboard

  • On the Dashboard, the export button will now only display if the user has been granted a privilege allowing data exports.

Inspections

  • Inspection Type Statuses have been added to Configuration Lookup Lists. (This is a required field.)
  • In the Inspection Library, users can now see and filter on the Inspection Type Status.
  • When adding a new inspection, users can only create ones with Active Inspection Types.
  • Once an inspection exists, users can no longer change its type. If the type becomes inactive, it will still exist and work as it did before - an inactive inspection type just means users can't pick it anymore for new inspections.

Intake Form

  • Communication Permissions have been removed from the Account Intake Form.
  • The Leave Message option has been refactored.

Programs

  • The Bulk Operations in the Edit Program Clients tab has been enhanced to update any rows where the client has any kind of a 'final' type of program status.

Referrals

  • Users can now see inbound and outbound referrals to a program on the referral list.

Referrals tab in Program Workflows

  • The Referral tab has been relabeled as Referrals - Inbound and Referrals - Outbound.
  • Users can now link a client referral to the program.
  • Users can optionally display the From and To organizations on the linked referrals.
  • When linking a client program to a referral, users can select the Attribution as well enter the Reason for Engagement.

Staff Availability

  • Staff counts are now displayed in the Staff Availability Calendar.
  • An export option has been added to the Appointments in the Work Session pop-up window.

Survey Portal

  • Only Active Survey Forms can now be selected in the Survey Portal.

Transport Routes

  • New Route Name and ID filters have been added to the Transport Routes page in Configuration Reference Libraries.

Bugs and Cosmetic Changes

Bugs

  • The following bugs were fixed:
    • A bug which caused the updating of the email for a new client to not be captured in the history has been fixed.
    • A bug related to Referral From and To organizations has been fixed.
    • A minor appointment roster privilege bug that checked the client instead of the owner for the appointment has been fixed.
    • A Transport Calendar report bug was fixed.
    • A bug with the Phone Number validation on the Account Review page has been fixed.
    • A fix was made to Custom Fields so numeric values now apply the decimal point entries.

Cosmetic Changes

  • The following cosmetic change has been made:
    • The Account Pay Points page has been refactored to improve clarity.
    • The Account Profile Access Control pop-up text has been enhanced to explain and clarify Access Level control, Protected Information Masking, and use of the Security Advisor tool for managing account access.
    • The Account Block pop-up has been refined, adding the ability to be able to select all or none of the people or roles that are blocked from seeing the account, the people the account is blocked from seeing, and fix a scrolling issue.
    • The Account Role Report Filter has been made more user friendly.
    • The Audit Trail is now more descriptive to make it easier to understand.
    • The user interface pop-up for Notification Qualifiers was refactored so users can understand which settings are needed.
