What's New?
Bed Check Log Sheet
- A new Bed Check Log sheet has been added to the Emergency Housing
Residential Calendar so users can perform a manual bed check and track whether the expected individual is present at the time of walk-through or not
Corrective Action Plans (CAPAs)
- The Owner now displays on the CAPA list
- An Associated Account filter and column have been added to the CAPA list
- An Associated Account chooser has been added to the EditCapa page
What's Improved or Changed?
Account Reserved Words
- The Account Communication Preferences Reserved Word was changed from a summary count to a table displaying the type of contact, method of communication, and the details of that communication
Advance Directives
- The contact's Name is now a link to the contact (assuming the user has the privilege Account-View)
- The Phone number and Email now display like as displayed on the View Account page
Appointments
- When scheduling an Appointment from the program client grid, if time slots have been configured, users can choose to enter the date and time manually or select them from a list. Choosing to enter them manually allows users the ability to enter any date and time; choosing to select them from a list provides a dropdown of available open slots in the next 30 days for that program and appointment type to choose from
Chat
- Chat has been retired from IMPOWR
- Prior conversations have been preserved and are available upon request
Configuration
- Residential Stay Type Statuses can now be identified; Inactive statuses can no longer be selected for a new stay
Facility Inspections
- The Inspection Date has been renamed to Due Date
Inspection Types
- When an Inspection Type is used, the system now prevents the Type from being deleted
Referrals
- The Referral 'From Program' has been added so the source of external referrals to things like Food, shelter, etc. can be identified
Staff Credentials
- The Credential Type filter dropdown list has been changed to multi-select
Bugs and Cosmetic Changes
Bugs
- The following bugs were fixed:
- The count of clients on the Provider Organizations list has been corrected
- A bug preventing the update the Vehicle Usage driver has been fixed
- An error which occurred when trying to add a new question-based program assessment has been corrected
- The Search by Tags filter for Notes has been fixed
Cosmetic Changes
- The following cosmetic change has been made:
- The Emergency Housing Calendar bed check pop-up display has been adjusted for laptop computer screens
