Bed Checks

New privileges added to enable/disable the feature to perform bed checks.
Can be found under Functional Privileges.

Care Plans

Configuration -> Reference Libraries -> Plan Types -> Care Plans Tab.
New option to set the auto expiration date when editing care plan types.

Community Events

The calander can now be accessed from the community events page and the plan page for an event.

Go to a specific community event to export an Excel file or to create a dataset of tasks.

Configuration Option Added

Configuration -> Treatment and Care Plans ->
SAP Work Queue - Restrict Access to Program Staff

• The program list can now be edited to only include the programs that the staff member is assigned to.
• Write "Yes" in the page below to enable this setting.
• Only staff members of the programs or their supervisors will be able to see the updated list on the Staff Action List - Work Queue page.

Facility Checklist Export

“Export Selected Checklists” allows the user to select multiple facilities and get the data associated with them in one Excel file.

Go to an individual inspection and click ‘export’ to get an Excel file of all checklist items and attributes.

Imports

Account Employment History is now able to be imported through the "Standard Import" option.

• This can import both an account and a row in that account's employment history
  • Akin to the "account and account program" import option

The imported rows can be viewed on the staff member's employment history page.

Log - In Page

Clients will now be redirected to the correct log-in portal when entering their credientials.

Reserved Words

Programs now have variables that can be used and seen on different pages.

Care Plans also have variables that can be used and seen on different pages.

Example

Edit Program -> Default Header

• The program reserved words are accessible by clicking on "Default Header" under Edit Program.
  • Under "Program" are all of the variables assiociated with programs.
  • Under "Care Plan" are all of the variables associated with care plans.

Staff Page

Date Filter Edited

Logged in was added to the date filter. It shows all staff members that logged in during the specified time.

RAS Updates

Outside Orginization Alert

On a new treatment update request, if the current client has no history with the current orginization, an alert will display at the bottom of the "Additional Information" textbox.
