Case Audits
Displaying Page Numbers on the PDF Report
Users can now display page numbers on the pdf export when exporting that case audit report. There is a checkbox on the upper left corner of the display, which can be selected to display the page numbers, prior to selecting the PDF output. Uses can also make a selection in the Preset Settings to show the page numbers. If they do that, it will default the checkbox on the top of the report to display the page numbers, prior to selecting the PDF output.
Client Documents
Bulk Update
A new bulk update option has been added to Client Documents and is accessible from the document list.
Settings
In the Configuration Reference Library, agencies can now choose to track approvals, reviews, document status, key dates, authorship, and the owner of a client document, based on the client document type. They can also choose to show the submittal, and require an expiration date on the document type, as well as choose if submitted refence documents are either an uploaded PDF document or an IMPOWR form.
Consent Summary Page Update
Photo Release Consent
IMPOWR users can now access agency photo releases from a new button called Photo Release on the Consent Summary Page.
Courses
Course Summary Page
For users that may offer multiple course sessions in a day, there is now a single place to create a Summary or “Outlook” in one place to see all the courses for the day. Page is formatted for easy printing. Users can choose to display instructors, additional staff and add one or more “info blocks” which a user can use to put in free text notes for the day. For each class session occurring that day, class information will display along with the list of students. Users can add additional student information with reserve words (e.g. email, primary contact, etc.) including user defined fields (e.g. safety zones, BMI, etc.). Users can also copy the structure of the Course Summary page to subsequent days for easy set up and use over time.
Programs
Program Sessions – New Status Option
Users can now configure program sessions to include a participant’s status in the program session. Example for an emergency housing program: in the morning can you select if the client was: there all night, was removed, had an issue, or never arrived. Status can be used for reporting. Status can be used in conjunction with check-in/ check-out of the program since someone may have attended but had a specific outcome of the session.
Staff Action Plans
Account Reserved Words Added for the Plan
New reserved words which can be used on the plan header or footer have been added. These reserved words are added to Plan Types in the Configuration Reference Libraries, as well as the Operations Settings for the Printout Header and Footer, in the Program and consist of:
- Medicare Number
- Medicaid Number
Note, if there are multiple numbers entered for either Medicare or Medicaid, the system will take the first one to display.
Approvers for Related Programs
Users are now able to set which of the 5 approval signatures (Advocate, Author, Individual, Supervisor/Reviewer #1, and Supervisor/Reviewer #2) they would like to display in the Staff Action Plan (SAP), based on the program. The setting is found in the Program Operations tab in the Program, in the Operations Settings panel. The Default is to show all signatures. In order for them to show on the SAP, the program must be selected.
The eSignature mode used for the Staff Action Plan Approvals can be set to either:
- the user's Active User Credentials (since the approver has already been validated when they logged into the system (such as using SSO), their current user credentials will be logged as their electronic signature)
- Login and Password (users must enter their email and password in order to be validated as an approver)
- Password Only (since the user is already logged in, if required, they can approve the Staff Action Plan by re-entering their password)
The setting for the above is made in each program, in the Operations panel, on the Program Operations tab.
Along with the above eSignatures, an optional attestation can be created, which would display in the panel when the Approver signs off on the plan and provides their approval. The attestation can be created for each program, in the Operations panel, on the Program Operations tab, by clicking on the eSignature Attestation: Set link.
When someone clicks on the Sign and Submit button, after reviewing the daily staff note, they can attest that they have read and understand the Staff Action Plan or note and agree with and approve its contents... when they do that, their current user credentials will be logged as their electronic signature and will display below the link to the daily note.
An option has been added to the Staff Action SAP List to display the approver names.
The Approval Status is now a link. When users click on the Approval Status, they are now redirected to the Approval page.
The Staff Action Data Log shows the daily notes in the Checklist Notes and the staff action notes in the Staff Actions/Supports tab. (The Monthly Reports and Activity Summary are also available from this page)
Reserved Words Added for Plan and Monthly Report
New reserved words which can be used on the plan or monthly report header or footer have been added. These reserved words are added to Plan Types in the Configuration Reference Libraries, as well as the Operations Settings for the Printout Header and Footer, in the Program and consist of:
- the Staff Action Plan's most recent completed review date
- the Care Plan Type
- the Care Plan Author's Name
- the Staff Action Plan Program Location
Staff Support and Program Action Notes
Staff Support Notes
To ensure specific information is entered in Program Action Notes, sometimes it is easier if an agency provides those users with some guidance. That guidance can be setup in the form of a 'Custom Support Note Template', which would display in the Staff Supports panel, when Performing an Action.Program Action notes
Similar to the Staff Support Notes, guidance can also be provided to users on the staff tasks for individuals, in the work queue, such as daily documentation, take out trash, etc.) That guideance can be setup in the form of a 'Custom Checklist Note Template', which would display in the Staff Notes, when the note icon, which is adjacent to the selected individual's name, is clicked.
Both the Custom Checklist Note Template and the Custom Support Note Template are created in the Program Operations tab in the Program, in the Operations Settings panel.
Staff Action Plan Data Log
Auditing Staff Action/Supports Notes
Staff Action/Supports notes have same audit behavior as daily notes. When you audit an action, you audit all of the notes for that action.
History Link
A link to a history of changes has been added to the Staff Action Data Log list.
Notes Log Tab Name Change
The tab "Notes Log" has been renamed to "Checklist Notes".
Tasks
Assignment
The Task Assignment picker has been changed to allow you to filter the list of Staff Members by Team or select from the entire list of Staff Members.
