Accounts
Users can now filter the list of clients by a single or multiple programs from the list of All programs or from the list of Active programs only.
Intake Form
A new required field option for alternate address on intake forms (configuration > reference libraries > intake form library) has been added. Note you must have security rights to set this configuration.
There is now a new option to upload files from the intake form. Uploaded files will show under the files tab on the client profile. Users may select this option from the panel section of the intake configartion. (configuration > reference libraries > intake form library). Note you must have security rights to set this configuration.
Invoices
Users can now view which clients are associated with the invoice directly from Invoice Overview page, and no longer need to open each individual invoice to view that information. Click the “Clients” box on upper left and refresh the list to have clients populate as a column in the overview.
Outings
A new calendar view tab has been added to Outings.
Programs
Program Engagements
Users can now choose to select a single or all programs from the list of All programs or from the list of Active programs only.
Program Filters
A new Program filter and display has been added to the:
- Staff Complaints List
- Staff Grievances List
- Staff Positions List
- Outings List
New Responsible Program filters and the option to display them have been added to the:
- Staff Medical Error List
- Incidents
Also added to Outings are a new Client Name filter, where the client is involved in an outing has also been added as has a new Staff name filter where staff are involved in an outing.
Secure Messages
A new workflow option has been added to allow users to send secure messages from the "My Dashboard" if you would like this feature active contact your system administrator.
Staff Action Plans
The display of Outings and Appointments is now possible on the Staff Action Kanban view.
A way to look at different day's tasks is now available using a new date shifter. By clicking on the arrows, users can shift ahead or behind, one day at a time, as well as jump to the current date or select the tasks on any other date.
When creating a Program Related Task in the Staff End of Day List on the Program's Residential Checklists tab, users can make the task a Shared task or an Individual task. If Shared, anyone (i.e. multiple people) assigned to that task can complete it; when clicking on the Staff Task Selection details and clicking on Perform, all individuals assigned that task will be displayed and users can choose the appropriate one who completed that task. if Individual, only the person assigned to the task can complete it; when clicking on Perform, the task completion gets assigned to the individual clicking that button.
The Staff Action Kanban view has been refactored to make it easier to use when the list of actions is large. Instead of displaying all actions on the page, using columns for today, this week, etc., the actions are now displayed in separate tabs. Additional filtering has also been added. Selecting on a tab will allow for accomodating many more actions without the need to scroll down the page, and using the filters will allow users to quickly identify the actions they want to see.
Transportation
Outings and Appointments can now be optionally displayed on the Transportation Calendar.
Typically, when picking a vehicle from the transport calendar or transport completion, the driver will default (you can always change it later)...if there is no driver assigned - then the driver is not updated. But, users can now optionally preselect a driver using the new optional driver indicator when they select the vehicle. (Since an asset may have many drivers - users should pick the first one, alphabetically, that displays on the list for their vehicle.) Upon refresh, the route information will be updated with the new vehicle and driver. This works on the completion page too.
In the Transport Route Completion Wizard, users can optionally confirm whether a Vehicle Maintenance Check was Completed and can Confirm all Passengers have been Unloaded. This information is captured in the Audit Trail for the selected asset/vehicle.
Users can now bulk update all riders on a route at a certain time, as attended or cancelled in the Transport Route Completion Wizard, and can just mark the exceptions on a per individual rider basis.
Miscellaneous
A new color picker has been added to imPowr. The picker's first row has common colors that are use most often. The rest of it is organized by color to make it easier to find the color you want to use.
