Accounts
Employment
Users can now easily view Pre-Arrival and Post Arrival Employment History via the View Job History link accessed from the Employment sub panel on the Account Profile.
The layout of Staff Position Histories has been refactored and a link to the staff member's job history has been added.
Links have been added to the forms used for Employment and Exit Interviews. This will allow users to create a staff survey and do an exit interview and new employee interview electronically and track it for analysis later. The buttons will only appear after clicking 'apply'. The forms used will remain unlocked and can be edited at any time.
Business Customer (Entrepreneurial Customer) Invoices
Users can now have comments display invoices by entering those comments into the Fulfillment Comments box on the customer order.
Course Related Mailing Lists
In the Course Registration Administration screen, users can create/add to mailing lists for “Applicants” or “Accounts”. Applicants are people who have submitted course requests but have not yet been accepted or turned into accounts. Applicant mailing lists can not have Accounts on them and vice versa.
Users can also now create new mailing lists and add to existing mailing lists directly from the Client Course Activity screen as well as from the Student tab in the Course Section Details screen.
Donations
Donations can now be added for Inactive accounts in addition to active accounts.
Forms
A New Signature Field is now Available for Forms. When creating/editing forms, a new type of “question block” is now available for users to write their signature using either a mouse or touchscreen and type their name below. The New “question block” appears with signature space and typed name space.
Notification Policies
Reserved Words have been added to the Notification Policies, for Entrepreneurial Customers.
Staff Action Plans
A new Log is available from the Staff Action Plan, Staff Action Summary, and Staff Action Kanban page, providing users with access to Monthly Reports and Activty Logs and Summaries, on a per date, per program, and per client basis.
A new Details Log (Staff Action Tasks Log) is available when clicking on an action in the Staff Action Kanban view. The log includes the Activity ID, Personal and Provider Goal, frequency of that goal, Staff Supports, and a button which can be clicked when the activity occurs, so the user can track its date and time of completion, as well as travel mileage, activity details, and location.
A monthly summary showing the completed activities and whether or not there was progress has been added to the Monthly Reports.
