What's New?
Accounts (Intake Form)
- The ability to preset the Program Start Date has been added to the Client Intake form.
- The new Program Auto-Link fields allow users to choose the linked program, set a default enrollment status, add a program case number, and prompt for location and program roles 1 and 2.
Audit Trail
- The Audit Trail now captures when tags are edited to show which tags were added or removed.
- If multiple tags are added or removed at once, they are grouped together (all of the added ones are grouped and all of the removed ones are grouped) into a single Audit Trail message and the message will identify each individual change.
My Dashboard (My Appointments Calendar)
- Users can now switch between the day view and the month view of the Appointment Calendar.
- A setting has been added to the My Dashboard setup screen that allows users to choose whether they want to display appointments (about me or where I am an attendee), referrals (assigned to me or no one), courses (all courses) on the Appointment Calendar, and/or Availability Slots (all slots). This setting just clarifies what is being display and does not change any behaviors.
Services
- Tags have been added to Account Services.
- The tags work identically to those in other parts of IMPOWR, such as Account Tags.
Tags
- A 'No Tag' filter option has been added to all IMPOWR pages that use tags.
What's Improved or Changed?
Accounts (Client Intake Form)
- Prescreening questions have been moved directly to the newer version of the Client Intake Form instead of being tied to the Account Types Configuration.
- There is no change in the way the prescreening questions work - except that now, you can create different prescreening questions for your different Client Intake Forms.
- The sex assigned at birth and sexual orientation dropdowns have been refactored to make them clearer.
- The Country of Origin has been renamed to the Country of Birth
- The Country of Birth has been moved from the Citizenship Panel to the Demographics panel.
- There is now an option to make the Country of Birth a required field.
- The Country of Birth is now an optional displayed entry field.
- The Country of Citizenship is in the Citizenship & Immigration Information panel and only displays if a Citizenship other than US Citizen has been selected.
Activity Monitoring
- A change was made to log failed login attempts (and generate the associated notification if configured) of account logins (using login or email address) that are valid, but the account is inactive or does not have login privileges.
My Appointments
- The expand and collapse icons have been changed to allow users to view the full-page list or the full-page calendar.
Bugs and Cosmetic Changes
Bugs
- The following bugs were fixed:
- A bug associated with configuring categories on Program Dashboard Tabs has been fixed.
- A bug causing an error when you clicked on the Assignment field on Equipment, has been corrected.
- An issue which occurred when drilling into a date on the Appointment Calendar, which contained multiple appointments and displayed the word 'more', has been fixed.
Cosmetic Changes
- The following cosmetic changes have been made:
- A change has been made to the Edit Issue Tracker details page which corrects a text overflow issue.
- On the Appointments calendar widget (on the My Dashboard page) and the My Appointments list, the 'Not Selected' Appointment Type was changed to 'All' to appropriately reflect the system behavior.
- The wording on the My Appointments calendar has been refactored to make it clearer.
- Course IDs now show as 'Course XXXX' where XXXX is the course (e.g., 'Course A400').
- Referrals now reflect the type of referrals (e.g. a program referral now shows as 'Program Referral' instead of 'Program'; similarly, course referrals now show as 'Course Referral').
