What's New?

Client Documents

  • A new column identifying whether a client document is expired or not, as well as a filter for that column, has been added to the Client Documents grid.
    • If the expiration is in the past, the document is considered expired.
    • If there is no expiration date or if it is in the future, the Client Document is considered 'not expired.
    • If no expiration date has been configured for the document type, then the Expired column and filter are hidden.

Community Events

  • The ability to associate account-services with a Community Event has been added. In the past, we thought about clients or staff receiving services... in this case staff or clients provide services.
    • An optionally displayed tab for Account Services has been added to Community Events - if the service has been invoiced, the entry cannot be deleted.
    • When adding services, Group Assign Services can be used to bulk add accounts performing the service.
    • The add/delete buttons will only display if a user has add/delete account service rights.

Course Sections

  • When on the ViewClassSection page or the EditAcctCourse page, users can now add/delete forms via a new pop-up window.
  • There is now a new tab on View/EditCourse called "session forms" or "attendance forms" where a course form is defined and the attendance status is edited.
    • When copying a Course Section, Attendance Forms can now be copied and included or excluded.
    • When attendance is changed (via the editaccountcourse or viewclasssession page) for a student in a session within that course, if there is not already an attendance status, the forms attached to that section are assigned to them with the attendance status they got.

Organizations

  • A new Tasks tab has been added to support the organization.
    • The created tasks are associated with that organization.

Portals

  • The ability to hide an Active Portal button from the login screen is now possible.
    • The portal should still be active and accessible by other means.
    • You should still be able to go to the login page with a specific URL parameter to log into the portal (if you had it as a bookmark).

What's Improved or Changed?

Accounts

  • Pre-screening questions have been hidden when performing intake for Staff-Client Account Types.
  • Two (2) new options have been added to the Account Status Change Wizard: Account Roles and Program Staff.
    • Account Roles only have a remove option to remove them from all of their account roles.
    • Program Staff only allows the individual to be removed from Programs' Staff Lists.

Audit Notifications

  • Users now must be able to log into IMPOWR in order (i.e., have an account role) to be able to be sent Audit Notifications.

Community Events

  • Community Events can now be Associated with Programs or Program Groups.
  • An Organization link and filter have been added to Community Events. The default is the user's current organization.
  • The ability to associate Account-Services with a Community Event has been added. (Refer to Services, below)
    • This reflects the clients and staff providing the services versus receiving the services.
    • The Account Services can optionally be displayed as a tab on the Community Event.

Inspection Types

  • If an inspection type is in use, all fields on the Edit Inspection Type page are now disabled except for the name, instructions, and status fields.
    • When users try to make changes, a banner across the top of the Edit Inspection Type page will now display explaining why everything is disabled.

Intake Form

  • Agencies can now default the Country of Birth in the Intake form configuration settings.
  • The default value of U.S. Citizen has been removed from the citizenship field on the Intake form for child accounts.

Job Orders

  • The Organization filter has been changed to a multi-select drop-down list instead of a free text field.
  • A filter for Account ID has been added to the Job Orders grid.

Program Dashboard

  • A change was made to allow the hiding or showing of tabs based on program. This is because some programs may have specific items they wish to display.

Services

  • The ability to add Accounts associated with a program (e.g., Program Accounts) has been added to Group Assign Services - this bulk option is similar to adding accounts in bulk from client groups or individually.
  • Additional account types have been added to the Account Type chooser on Services, and Group assigned Services.

Bugs and Cosmetic Changes

Bugs

  • The following bugs were fixed:
    • A bug related to the copying of incident plans not logging to the Audit Trail has been resolved.
    • A bug which fixes the issue caused by workflow step names being too long has been implemented.
    • An issue blocking links to custom fields has been fixed.
    • A bug causing decimal values on User Defined Fields (Custom Fields) to be truncated, has been fixed.

Cosmetic Changes

  • The following cosmetic changes have been made:
    • The naming of the configuration setup for the 'Reason for leaving' has been changed to make the Reasons for Leaving Program (in the Configuration Reference Libraries) clearly differentiated from the Reasons for Leaving a Job (in the Configuration Lookup Lists).
    • The 'Country of Origin' has been renamed 'Country of Birth" on the Intake form.
