How does Show filter work in the Care Plan Summary

Here is how the 'Show' drop-down filter works on the Care Plan Summary page:

1.) if I select ‘All needing plans’ then only those clients who DO NOT have a Care Plan/Life Plan will display in the list.

2.) if I select ‘All with Plans’ then only those clients who DO have a Care Plan/Life Plan with any one of the Care Plan statuses will display in the list.

3.) if I select ‘All with no plans’ then only those who DO NOT have any Care Plan/Life Plan now or in the past (with any of the Care Plan statuses) will display in the list.

4.) if I select ‘All with no active Plans' those who have a Care Plan/Life Plan but its status is something other than Active will display in the list.
