How does a Volunteer work the Helpline

Logging in for the First Time

• Enter Log-in or email address: This is your first initial and last name, or your email address.
• Enter your password: The first time you log-in, enter anything in the password box and after entering your log-in and hitting enter, you will be prompted to make a password at least 12 characters long. You can change your password by clicking on your profile picture in the upper right corner of the screen and selecting the option to change your password.

How to get back to the Home Page

• Lot into IMPOWR - the HOME Page is the landing page.
• Click on the word "IMPOWR" in the top left corner of the page.
• Click on the house in the top right corner of the screen.
• Click on the dropdown menu and choose HelpLine Calls.

Filling out your Profile

View/Update Your Profile

• If you need to input or update your information, you can do so by clicking on your profile pic at the top right of the screen.
• Fill out your profile, making sure to fill out the email address and phone number where you want to be contacted for the Helpline (General Information tab). This is all that Volunteers need to fill out.
• If you are a PEER, there is a more extensive page of matching information you will need to fill out (Go to the Peer/Advisor flag - click edit details).
• Remember to SAVE your entries before leaving this page.
