When someone has an issue in IMPOWR, they can submit a support request to their System Administrator.
The System Administrator can easily be set up in Regulatory Compliance, in the IT Management section of the System menu.
Look for the Customer System Administrator panel and click Edit below the Administrator Email setting.
Enter the email of the individual you wish to receive the General Support request, and click Save:
