How do I setup Quick Referral screening questions

Question:

When a division/program has been selected for a Quick Referral and submitted, a window pops open with screening questions for both the division and the program. Where can I set those program screening questions?

Answer:

You can set the Division screening questions by going to Dashboard -> Activities -> My Organization -> Divisions & Programs tab -> Select the Division of your choice -> Screening Tab -> Click Edit to be able to add/change/delete screening questions.

You can set the Program screening questions by going into the Advance Configuration for the program, clicking on Behaviors, and there's a Screening Questions section under Program References.
