How do I set up the Profiles for my Helpline

Reasons for Call Setup
(applies to all Helplines - these are the items that are in the top of the call screen.)
- Configuration > Reference Libraries > Helplines & Community.
- Select Helpline Topic Setup.
- Add or Delete Categories.
- Add or delete reasons for Call.
Helpline Profile Setup
(applies to all Helplines - this is the master list of the items that you will choose from to display on the left of the call screen for your particular helpline.)
- Configuration > Reference Libraries > Helplines & Community.
- Select Profile Setup.
- Select Tab.
- Add or Delete Categories.
- Add or delete profile item.
- Click Save.
- Move to next tab, repeat.
Helpline Profile Selection for your helpline
(these are the items you choose for your helpline from those that are in the profile part of the call screen, on the left side of the screen.)
- Community > Helplines > Helplines.
- Select Breast Cancer Helpline.
- Select Account Attributes (these are the items that always display, above the profile items).
- Make Changes and click apply.
- Select Conversation Topics (these are the items that display in the Reason for Call panel in the top of the screen).
- Select and Add the reasons for Call.
- Select Caller Profile tab.
- Select the categories from each tab of the profile .items – the items in each category will copy to your profile.
- After adding the category, click its ID to highlight the items you want brought to the attention of the users – the ones that are most important.
- Be sure to save your helpline before you exit it.
