There are 2 deliverable type fields on contracts:
"Service" is the default value and has the same functionality that contracts had before.
"Labor" When this is selected, a labor grid shows on the deliverables tab.
You can add work types to the list right when setting up the contract or by clicking on the '+'.
When you select a work type from the chooser, it will auto-fill any default values that work type has (quantity, base rate, training rate):
