To see if a Care / Life Plan or SAP (Staff Action Plan) can be deleted, various checks have been implemented.
Care / Life Plans
The system will not allow deletion of a Care / Life Plan if it has:
- SAPs
- Tasks
- Addendums
- Reviews
When you try to delete a Care / Life Plan, a popup will display to let you know if you are successful:
Staff Action Plans
The system will not allow deletion of an SAP if it has:
- Any supports logged
- Is active
When you try to delete a Care / Life Plan, a popup will display to let you know if you are successful:
The system also shows how many supports were logged (to help understand why something cannot be deleted):
