On contracts, there is a tab called "Staffing". You can add clients to this list and associate a job coach to them.
The job coach for each person is their program case manager on their most recent account program. Out of all the programs on the contract's linked programs list (on the details tab), the system looks for all of the client's account programs in those programs and picks the one with the most recent start date. 99.9% of the time a contract will be associated with one program only, so typically, the one with the most recent start date will be the only program.
The job coach comes from the account program's program case manager field. If the account program has a workflow, this is the job counselor field:
If you click on the number of jobs on the staffing grid, you get the client's eligibility to perform each job listed on the contract's deliverables tab. Each item is allowed if the client has a wage test with a status of 'Completed' for that work type. The grid will then display the most recent completed wage test for that work type, and the client's productivity percentage.
Clicking the text in the 'Allowed' column will go to the Time Studies list page, filtered to that client's time study for that work type.
