How do I describe Behavior Support Plan Intensities

Each behavior intensity has a unique description for that person.
For example, a mild response for physical aggression for me might be "throwing things" while a severe might be shooting someone. However for a specific individual, a mild behavior might be 'mumbling' and a severe one might be 'shouting'.
Part 1
To deal with that, since we already have unique sets of intensities for each person, we have added an additional description field for each as shown below.
Part 2
On selecting the intensity on the Edit Behavior screen, we show the description as a pop-up window that lists out each behavior, and their descriptions if they have one.
