Clinic staff uses Treatment plans and Assessments. Nursing uses Behavioral plans and Medication Monitoring plans. Both are created in IMPOWR in a very similar fashion:
Step 1
Navigate to the Form Library, from the Performance menu. Create new form types in the form library. (There are tabs for Medication Monitoring and Behavior Support plans.)
Step 2
Configure the new Plan Type in the Configuration Reference Libraries page.
- Click to create a new plan.
- Give it a name
- Identify if you will link a fixed form or allow the user to choose the form to use
If there is only one version of the plan then only enter one row.
Step 3
Generate a set of individual scheduled Behavior or Medication Monitoring Plans by Adding a Plan in the Required Plan Summary page (navigate to the Required Plan Summary from the Engagement menu).
Step 4
Track the plan on the Individual plans page (navigate to Individual Plans from the Engagement menu).
Click the plan document icon to enter the data in the form.
New labels are also displayed on the Staff Action - Work Queue page, along with a link to Behavior Checks.
Additionally, the two docks on the MyDashboard page can now be configured to show different types of plans. They no longer default to treatment plans and assessments but now can accomodate different Plan Trackers. Users can select from the kinds of plans they want to show from dropdown list of Plan Trackers.
