How do I cleanup Caller Conversations (merge, open, close, delete)

To cleanup (merge, close, open, or delete) call conversations, please do the following:
- Go into your Helpline call log (Community > Helplines > Helpline Calls).
- Select your Helpline at the top of the screen and refresh the list.
- Filter the list for your client by entering their last name (or the first letter of their last name) in the filters and refresh the list.
- View the multiple client ‘Callers’ section.
- These are the Caller Conversations.
- If you want to merge, close, open, or delete them…
- If merging, check 2 of the boxes to the left of the Caller Conversations you want to merge into 1 (you can only choose 2 at a time) otherwise, if closing, opening, or deleting the Caller Conversations, select the Caller Conversation you want to change.
- Click on ‘More’ in that section.
- Select Merge Conversations, Close Conversations, Open Conversations, or Delete Conversations.
- Repeat as necessary with the next Caller Conversations.
- The Caller Conversations have now either been merged, closed, opened, or deleted.
