Steps Needed to Capture a Referral Source

When a new Insurance Policy is presented, Staff will perform these steps to add it to imPowr:

  • Step 1: Click “Organization” and follow the steps to create a new Insurer/Payer type Organization

  • Step 2: Enter the Insurance Product, so it can be made selectable as part of a future process
