How do I account for Staff Activities like documentation and travel in Billing Rulesets

Documentation, Travel From, Travel To, Planning, and Managing are all considered to be 1:1 group size.

Because of this, when creating the Billing Rulesets, and you have a rule that is for Total Session Minutes, you have to make sure that the Documentation, Travel From, Travel To, Planning, and Managing activities are properly added to the appropriate rule (which addresses the group size).

In other words, for a Billing Rule that addresses a 1:1 group size, you might enter a Time Adder of Documentation and Travel To, whereas for a rule that addresses a group size of 1:2, those would not be added as a Time Adder, because they are considered to be group size 1:1.

Time Adders get added to the Session Time when calculating the billable minutes or units of service.
