There could be different Staff Action Plan Approvers for each program. The following is how you would identify what roles are needed to approve your program's Staff Action Plans:
- Navigate to your Program and click on the Program ID
- The program details will display
- Click on the Edit button
- On the Program Operations tab, look for the Approvers
- Click on the Approvers drop-down list and check the roles of the individuals you want to approve your Staff Action Plan (these roles will display in the approvers list)
- Click Save to save your program selections
The approvers have now been saved. When a Staff Action Plan is created for that program, the approvers you had identified in your program approvers list will display in the Staff Action Plan approvers list:
