Capturing a support group size on a Staff Action Plan support is easy to do when set the option to indicate if a staff action support can be a group activity or not.
If a staff action item is set to allow a group activity, when the support activity is preformed, all that needs to be done is to set the group size. The group size defaults to a 1 (self).
Once entered, the selected group size displays on the Staff Action - Data Log.
The capturing of group size is important because depending upon how you have set up your Billing Rule Set, you might have different rates depending on the group size.
Example of some Billing Rules Set settings :
- Number of supports of Group size 1
- Number of minutes of supports of Group Size 1
- Number of supports of Group size 2
- Number of minutes of supports of Group Size 2
- Number of supports of Group size 3
- Number of minutes of supports of Group Size 3
