- Create a New Behavioral Event in the system
- (Engagement > Client Events > Bahaviors)
- Select the Client exhibiting the behavior from the Client selector list
- Enter the following basic information into the behavior:
- Date of event
- Behavior Type
- Intensity Optional)
- Duration (minutes) (Optional)
- Location (Optional)
- Add your Observation of the behavioral event
- Add the Triggering Event that caused the event
- Add the Mitigation that took place

- Click Apply to save your entries
- Click the Choose button to select a Linked Incident
- Select the incident from the list, based on the date and incident type
When completed, click Save
The incident will display with a link to the Incident:
