How can I see who performed a bed check and when it was performed

Identifying who performed a bed check and when it was done is easy to do when you view the IMPOWR Audit Trail (System > IT Management > Audit Trail).

Before you can begin, you need to have access to the Audit Trail. (Please contact your System Administrator if you need this access.)

Once the Audit Trail is accessed, you can use the filters to located the bed check activity, telling you the date and time the bed check was completed, who it was completed for, and who made the bed check entry in the system:
